Hello friends and welcome to DeusCommunities!
I am so thankful that you have visited our website. My name is Keith Fowlkes and DeusLogic and DeusCommunities has been a calling from the Lord and a vision for many years now. Working in higher education and business as a technology leader for decades and later as the founder of the HESS Consortium of private colleges and universities, I often thought about what incredible things we would do if people from many Christian faith traditions could come together and share their thoughts and ideas in a closed online social space. This is the beginning of what I hope to be a new resource for faith communities and churches… maybe around the world.
I am an evangelical Christian, former church elder, former worship leader, and current worship musician. I have been a technology professional and software developer in higher education and business for many years. I have wondered for many years about what might happen if the body of Christ had a common online space for dialog, encouragement, reflection and healing that could enhance and support church bodies of many denominations. Think about what it could be if all churches, grounded in scripture, could come together to help each other with new ideas of outreach, new ways to understand God’s Word, new ways that churches can be more efficient in their work and new ways of encouraging each other in our daily Christian lives.

This service is and will continue to be completely free to our members and all we ask is that you follow three basic agreements as Christians to start our discussion together without political discussion and done in a Christ-like fashion as an online community focusing on God’s Word (the Bible) and God’s work in ministry.
To participate, we only ask that you agree with us on these basic central beliefs when you join our online Christian communities:
This work is not owned by a large company or corporation. It is not designed to be a profit-making endeavor. Some have told me that the idea is dangerous because of deep doctrinal beliefs that divide us as Christians. Others have said that Christians don’t want to talk with other Christians that don’t agree with their view of the scriptures. From the Facebook discussions I’ve seen over the past, I see where both of these could be true but I am praying and I invite you to pray with me that this new organization will be blessed with people who are solely committed to celebrating and focusing on what they have in common rather than how they are different. CHRIST is what we have in common and through HIS blessing and leadership and I pray that some people will be blessed by this new effort.
This is NOT a political discussion space. We are looking for leaders and contributors for all three of our online communities and the various discussion spaces that will be active, people who see the vision and encourage people within these online spaces to look to Christ before looking at doctrine, dogma or tradition. I believe that God will bless us together if we keep him first and foremost in our engagement with others in these spaces.
Many thanks and may God bless you in your walk with Him!
